It was horrible, the room had bugs, we understood that it’s in centre of Galway and that it would be noisy (and oh was it starting at 530am) but they washed our windows at 650am and we had the window open and we’re scared to see that and we’re never told!

Good location and staff but snug indeed!
Staff was super friendly and location was perfect for live music and shopping. There is a reason they call it snug though. Got the superior triple room for 3 and it was a tight squeeze. The road is blocked off so you must walk up the hill to the place and No elevator and narrow stairwell so luggage was definitely not easy
