This was the best hotel of our vacations in Italy. The staff was extraordinary, especially Sylvia at the front desk. The room was spectacular with a terrace in front of the San Marco Tower, refined decor and amenities. The Library Bar has great drinks and an amazing vibe and the restaurant (the former Venice stock exchange building) has first class service and food. It is a mix of elegant/modern components that make this hotel unique and different from other Venetian classic and famous hotels, that feel more like staying in an old castle. Hope we are back soon.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms had few places to put your stuff and most of the shelves and tables were occupied by unnecessary books and ornaments we don't need. The location was great near many of the designer stores and main tourist areas.

I have never written a review before, but my daughter and I fell in love with this hotel. Its location is fantastic, but it was the outstanding staff and level of service which stood out. Anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with a wonderful ambience within easy walking distance of all Venice’s sights doesn’t need to look any further! Great music playing too.
