We recently stayed here and had a mix of positives and negatives. The highlights were definitely the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the golf course was beautiful and well-maintained. We had an amazing experience at the spa. We used the gym, which was well-equipped. Unfortunately, our room left a lot to be desired. It had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away, which made it difficult to fully relax. The pillows were also some of the most uncomfortable I've slept on. They went completely flat as soon as you laid on them. We even requested extra pillows, but stacking two more still didn't provide enough support—it felt like my head wasn't resting on anything at all. Overall, the property has a lot of great amenities and wonderful employees, but I hope they address the room conditions because those issues had a significant impact on our stay.

However, the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in adjacent rooms. Although the valet team is very helpful and friendly, I personally find it very inconvenient to be forced to use valet parking.

The resort is doing 90 million dollars in upgrades. Our 2-bedroom suite was upgraded and was very nice. I had the pork at Rare and it was delicious, highly recommend. We went off site for dinner at Cooper's Hawk and it was amazing. The tennis camp was a lot of fun and also played pickleball. The pool area was just updated as well. They did plant all new vegetation but the 2 week cold spell killed everything unfortunately and must be redone. They are going to open the spa in March 2026 and there is a sports bar that is going to open. This was a great resort.. Had a blast.

Condition of the rooms are not great. I suffer from allergies and asthma. The air quality in the room was horrible. Carpeting and drapes being the culprit but also the air vents haven’t been cleaned hence my health from pollutant triggers. Staff are friendly, courteous, pleasant and very helpful. The sliding door in the bedroom does not lock. The windows slide open yet falls off track and is crooked when opened. Not an issue at first but eyebrow raised when front desk reminds me that it’s a renovated room.

They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. Staff at front desk extremely rude. The filth on a can opener. And no amenities. Pool was closed. I feel like sending the pictures that I took to the health department and local news.

The main thing we hated is we were told to call guest services for a cart to pick us and our luggage up and was on hold 15 minutes then they hung up. We had a 9 am all day mtg at the hotel and had to check out and put our luggage in the car beforehand and their system of no cars on property made this a logistical hell.
