Lovely place to stay
Great property. Exceptional service and very clean. It is located a little bit away from Galway...10 Mins on the bus. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, and took us direct to the city centre, which was very convenient. Restaurant was closed when we arrived but the bar staff managed to put together a nice meal for us. Impressive! Front desk staff are incredibly attentive. Booked for 2 nights...staying on for an extra night.

Clean comfortable and quiet hotel; stayed for three nights including the weekend; could hear music playing nearby one night but it stopped by 11; did not get a chance to use the attached gym

A bit disappointing
Not as advertised. Our five month reserved room was not available when we arrived and they tried to pawn off an inferior room until we strongly objected and they moved us for the next two nights.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel close to town. Has all of the amenities you could want. Food was excellent. Room was clean and roomy. Staff were friendly. Within walking distance to a great local pub, The Spotted Dog.

It was a stay with myself and my son, in which we have stayed in a good few hotels & always book a twin room ,which would have a double & a single bed but unfortunately in this hotel in wasn't so it was 2 singles, even thought the bed was comfortable it would be extra comfortable with a double as they are quite small ,other than that room was comfortable, room service only came once & that was just to leave our towels in a bag outside the door ,service in the bar on our 1st night was brilliant but unfortunately the 2nd night not so good & our 3rd night was very bad as there was only 2 server's on & it was a busy time even though this only became busy about half an hr after we sat down & we were still waiting for our dessert an hour later but that wasn't anything to do with them but the management who did the rota ! Breakfast is just ok ,pool is lovely but strictly booking slots for 45 mins . Outside area is lovely where you can sit outside after your meal & have drinks & plenty of area where kids can run about .

The milk was gone off in the room couldn’t make a cup of tea or coffee. The duvet cover was two singles zipped together was very uncomfortable. Very loud at night time a lot of shouting at 3am in the morning.
