Nice hotel
Our King size room was a basic double. Which was clean, neutral decor. Shower over bath was really good. Nice bathroom. Pillows not very comfortable stuffing had moved to outsides. No where to put your clothes. Only 6 hangers inside a mirror stand. The draws were too small for clothes. The hotel staff friendly, restaurant meal lovely. It boasts spa and leisure facilities however fails to mention how busy it is with members only. I had planned to spend most of my time in the spa and my husband to join me occasionally but it was far too busy even early morning. My husband would not join me as it was too busy. So only went to the spa area (down stairs in separate room) twice for short times. However I probably wouldn't have gone back in again after my second time because I was in the hydropool and there was spit/phlegm floating around in it! NOT the hotels fault that's the members visiting. Over all it was nice but don't expect to sit and relax on a spa holiday like we did. We ended up going shopping in Manchester which was the one thing we didn't want to do on our 2 days away from our 14month. But it was nice to get away.

Waterside hotel and leisure center, Didsbury
Cleanliness poor. In the 3 nights of stay the hotel housekeeping forgot to servcow the room. Top it all they incorrectly did not refund the full deposit, by error and have to yet rectify it. Breakfast was okay.

Hide your valuables
For a hotel this nice you didn't have personal safety boxes to store our valuables. I lose that sense of security. I had ri go through extra measures by hiding it. I like that you have the hydro pool but there is corner of pool that blow out any pressure for massaging which happens to be where I was sitting while other corners of the pool was being occupied.

Had a lovely stay here. Only negative is that the bed wasn't a full double so felt slightly cramped. Other than that everything was perfect, especially the reception staff who were extremely welcoming.
