Very nice hotel. Recently renovated. Very spacious rooms with comfortable bed and all new modern furnishings. The wi-fi was good. Breakfast quite good with some healthy choices. This hotel is located in 5 min drive from Galleria shopping Mall. Excellent price/quality ratio. I will definetely stay next time in this hotel and I recommend it to other travellers

No longer a pleasant hotel
Have been coming here for over 10 years and always enjoyed my stay until now. A dramatic change in personnel and service. First room had a non-functioning TV, broken desk chair, and half detached toilet seat. The response from the front desk woman was the far away “what do you want me to do about it” look. Wrong attitude. My advice to the owner, straighten out your staff’s indifferent, callous behavior and get back to your past (now lost) practice of quality customer service. And fix the self serve laundry machines which I was told have been non-functional for months.

We generally love our stay at HIE. This time was no different--staff friendly and accommodating, clean room with spaciousness and great amenities. The only complaint we had was the noise. Seemed like the windows picked up all of the sounds from passing traffic Sounded like we were sleeping on the highway.

This hotel was clean and neat and had everything to make my stay comfortable. The traffic outside was quite loud and seemed to never cease. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
