Very convenient location. Close to locations such as Robinsons Manila, Ermita bus station, and restaurants. Had to leave our things for a few hours so we can walk around and our baggages were kept together neatly and safely. Lobby area was spacious and there was toilet so that was very convenient for travelers like us. Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of food. Taste was good. And their restaurant was pretty. One of the rooms we booked was in the old building. Room was spacious even for three people, and had a full sized mirror. They even provided free bedding for the third person. Bathroom was obviously quite old but it wasnt such a bother really. Only con when you're in a hurry is that you had to call the lobby first for toothpaste and such since they encourage recycling and stuff.

Not bad for the price
Overall quite a good hotel for the price. If I had to be picky I would say (as per my room 303, im not sure about the others) the bed was too hard (not sure if normal in philippines), the window looks out to a wall 3 feet away (a bit pointless), the wifi was patchy (probably only corner room problem) and the air con is too noisy to leave on at night. But staff were helpful, room spotless and they have lots of useful little services (currency exchange, luggage storage etc). I would consider staying again if I ever come back to manila.
