We had such an amazing stay! Our whole family had a great time and really enjoyed every moment. This hotel has so much potential! The location and views are fabulous. The staff at the main pool and mexican restaurant are excellent. The ferry to Palominos, however, is a challenge because the big one is often out of service. The water park restaurant is terrible in regards to wait times and service. Hopefully customer service in general is improved!

Best thing about this hotel is the fact that they bring you to Palomino island included with your stay and the ferry only takes 15 minutes. The beach there is hard to beat. The staff was pretty good and usually helpful and pretty much everyone was friendly. No complaints, we will probably return again (this was our second time there in 2 years).
