Great staff and service. However, my room had no internet access which left me with no internet for a few days until they decided to move me. As well, my bathroom had a leak which made the bidet unusable. They did upgrade me to an executive sweet after two days. Other than that my stay was very good. Great location, great staff and cafe imperial in the hotel is a great restaurant.

Very nice hotel with a few management issues.
Overall a great facility. The room was large, approximately 400 sq ft. and very well fitted out with luxurious furnishings, carpeting, bedding and bathroom with both tub and separate shower. It also had a separate two piece powder room. A couple of annoying issues were encountered. I rated it a four rather than a five because of these issues. All could be easily overcome by management at little to no expense, just a greater regard for customer satisfaction. The first issue is that the WiFi connection had to reconnect and initialize every single time it was used, very annoying. On check in we arrived early but the front desk guy wasn't in the slightest interested in even considering a check in earlier than their official 3:00pm. This resulted in every seating area in the common area of the hotel being occupied by people waiting to check in. I suggested to the front desk guy that it was hard to understand, as he had stated, that the rooms would not be cleaned until 3:00 as it would, of course be impossible for them all to be completed simultaneously at that time. His response was that he had no way of checking whether rooms were ready earlier than 3:00. If true this seems like a failing of management. The final little complaint is the size of dishes provided during the breakfast buffet. As others have stated they are tiny, inadequate and certainly designed to reduce food consumption. Management needs to think more about what's best for their customers not themselves.

The most memorable is people who work there
Really great service. Thank you for that. Also, I would like to thank Front Office Manager Martin, who has greatly helped me to resolve the couple of issues which I encountered during my stay at the hotel. His heartwarming attitude, sincere smile, support and attention is a true example of the hospitality in the hotel business! A rich variety of food for breakfast and excellent service at the restaurant. Loved the Loccitane cosmetics in the room as well!

Lovely old charm hotel
We stayed here for three nights to explore Prague and the country side. For a 5 star hotel we found that it lacked some things. From the receptionist at check in to the staff at breakfast they could do with adding a smile and being more friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good but could be better for a five star hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and we had a basic room that we found roomy enough and decorated with the Art Deco Theame. The bed was comfortable but pillows very very thin with no substance to them. English channels on tv, individual thermostats in room and underfloor heating in marble bathroom. The bathroom is very small though and the shower is over a very deep bath with fantastic pressure , however if you have issues with legs, hips ect , getting into the shower could be difficult so ask the hotel if they have rooms with showers only. We had a great stay and honestly for the price would recommend staying here. It is about a 10min walk to the old town square and 15min walk to the main train station to travel into the Czech country side. We used the hotel pick up and drop off in Mercedes e class from the airport which we found just easier then taxis but works out about £20 more for a return trip. Both our drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The pictures on the internet and their site are true to what the hotel looks like

Excellent Hotel
Beautiful hotel and difficult to fault it. If anything the bathroom was small and a little awkward, but everything else was absolutely perfect. Spotless room, very comfortable bed, very pleasant staff, great (central) location.
