Identity Theft Incident... Do Not Use Property!
The hotel was a nice small room. However, there were two main issues. One, there were no amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ice buckets, etc for the cost of the hotel. Second, the pet fee is outrageous at $30 for a pet under 40 pounds and $50 for a pet over $40. Finally, someone at the property (within the company) attempted to solicit personal credit information through a direct phone call to the guest rooms. When I offered to walk down to the front desk to help with a “proclaimed server issue,” the individual pressed to release credit card information over the phone. Eventually after recording personal information from the scammer, I contacted the front desk who turned the phone number over to the police. Personally, the company should conduct an investigation into the “insider” engaged in scamming/identity theft activities. Also, the company should consider compensating all guests victimized by this event. Due to the issues, I recommend not utilizing this property...

The staff was friendly, there was no breakfast and the third floor had a gross smell to it, but it was cheap and clean so it’s worth the money if you’re just desperate for a place to stay.
