Initially booked a longer stay but needed to shorten my stay due to family medical issues but was still charged a change fee on top of the room rate. Between Hotel.com and Balley’s, neither would work with me even tho I decided to still stay for at least the one night with them. I will not be using either business again and will not be recommending either. Given the situation, as well as it being the holiday, I was highly disappointed with both entities. There were people attempting to book rooms still but they were at full capacity so there was no financial loss with my rsvp change. The only thing that makes sense is a money hungry business with no empathy for those who genuinely need to change their plans for serious reasons.
Other wise, the facility and room was decent.
