a few improvements needed

overall my stay was ok. The front desk staff was not overly friendly, there was no ice machine on the premesis which was dissappointing. The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 840am to see if I was in the room. I was not pleased with this. I then heard a bunch a loud bangs which if I had still been sleeping, would of woken me up.
