    The only complaint I have is the chairs in the rooms. They are extremely uncomfortable because they are too deep for an average height person. They couldn’t possibly be comfortable unless you are over 6 feet tall! Both my husband and I would up with a lower back ache as a result.

    Charges by far the most for pets I have ever paid

    The hotel was fine, clean, etc though the kitchenette had no utensils at all. The shocker was that on check in they made me sign an agreement for our two small dogs (supposed to be pet friendly) for $50 per dog for the one night. The reservation had said they put a hold of $100 on the credit card for cleaning, which was okay - $100 for our dogs (nearly as much as for the two people) was not. When I told them so, they said until recently it was $75 per dog. I am fine with paying a reasonable pet fee - $100 is not/not reasonable - and there was no warning plus we arrived too late for me to back out of the reservation.
