You get what you pay for!!!
I now know why the rates were so low. The office is only open for a very small window of time, so I had to call to find out the code to get into my room since it wasn’t sent to me ahead of time like the email said it would be. I then had to call a second time for the Wi-Fi info because there was zero information left in the room. Upon arriving the first thing my son noticed was the pool had no water in it which according to the site it should’ve been open the weekend prior. If you plan on taking a shower, make sure you bring extra towels because no matter how you angle the shower head the bathroom floor gets covered in water! Last annoyance, don’t plan on sleeping in on your last day there!! At 8:30am they were knocking on our door to let us know that checkout is at 10am, followed by another reminder at 9:58…. And the best part, we were the only cottage being occupied.

Great location not far from Ogunquit!
We loved our stay in a cottage with one king bed! The location is central to Ogunquit and other points we were interested in visiting, and it was nice to have the kitchen and place to ourselves! We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed
We stayed at the location this past weekend. One of the reasons we stayed here was because it had a kitchenette. There was literally 1 plate. The room was very clean. We were woken up at 8am our first morning because landscapers were mowing, blowing and weed wacking literally around our cabin. Also, the TV didn’t work. We reached out to staff for assistance and couldn’t get the woman at the front desk to give us either a new cable box or remote. Very frustrating stay.

The cottage was very clean. We appreciated the extra space. However, some bed slats were missing, one of the chairs was broken, and the screen on the outer door needed repair. The pool was very dirty and had not been cleaned. Doors to the pool equipment left wide open for multiple days before secured. No landscaping around pool or office area…just weeds! Nice property with potential, if maintenance is upgraded.
