Nice safe place, a stones throw from the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. You don't need a vehicle, plenty of public transportation, or ride share. Rooms are nice and quiet.

Not as advertised
Not as advertised. Pool is small and dirty, door has large gaps, black out blinds aren’t black out blinds, check in service was rude, roof terrace closed. Wrote to manage to complain and has no response. The hotel is next to a nice restaurant and across from the beach but the price and quality just don’t match. We actually checked out two days early as it was ruining our vacation.

It was just fine but the price and fees didn’t reflect the caliber of hotel. The outside was a bit untidy, with broken items, construction, loud noises. Breakfast included coffee and granola bars. Their amenities were in sad shape. The staff was nice but it felt more like a motel

Well located for driving to other parts of the island and local restaurants and stores. On arrival we were put in the wrong type of room for what I had booked, but got easily reassigned the next day. Standard room we had for 1 night was small with a very cramped bathroom, but modern thermostat. Junior suite we spent the next several nights in was quite spacious with more modern bathroom, but noisy wall-unit AC. It seems they might be upgrading individual rooms or features one at a time. Both rooms had a nice little kitchenette. Parking is free but can be challenging getting in & out of spaces. Bottom line, this isn’t the most luxurious or modern hotel but considering how expensive hotels are in Maui, it was a perfectly comfortable and pleasant place to stay for several nights.
