Not happy at all. I never give negative reviews but this forced me to due to reaching my limit. A huge clump, not a strand, of hair in the sink greeted us, there was no chair in the room, ants were crawling on the table, dried paint on the tv, a chicken bone in the a/c unit!, hair dryer did not work, my sons feet were literally black from walking on the gross carpet and when we asked for another towel (there were only 2 in the room and there were 3 of us) we were told they were out of towels. The woman who checked us in was very nice but that is the only thing positive i can say about our stay. We will never ever stay here again.

please stay away from this hotel i suppose to stay 2 day but checked out after spending 1 night here , all night they screaming fighting in hallways and 3 teenagers with hoodies knocking on our doors at 12;30 am , called front desk they didn't care . pool area is dirty, bathroom clogged , hallways smell bad on weed , if you coming here with kids please avoid this property it's not safe forget those 5 star review it's great for family guess what it's not .

Nice Staff But Unsafe For Families
The staff was nice and friendly, but the Hotel was just not a safe place to stay with kids. The area that the hotel is located in is sketchy, with lots of people walking by or around the hotel. The entrance door on the right side of the Hotel didn't even work; so you can come in without a key card. The security magnet was dead. The security lock on our room door was loose; the screws were about to fall out. We could also smell weed throughout the night and we could hear everything, to kids crying and screaming and running in the hall ways to people just walking up and down the stairs.

Flea in bathroom gave us another to stay in room was reading70% but was very warm went to front desk and told desk clerk to uncomfortable and couldn't stay there and need to find a room elsewhere he said he understood and there was no charge he gave me a receipt showing no charge

Was disappointment with the hotel, was expecting more, but was met with a strong odor, broken AC and remote, and a very "meh" stay. I would look for elsewhere, or spend more money to get a more quality stay.

Location is in sleazy area. At night listening to 2 apparent drag queens yelling and fighting and cussing at the front door over who knows what. The cook to order breakfast came in served in brown paper sack with an apple and a cheap muffin. The entire floor smelled of mold. I could go on but too much bad to say
