The room was adequate but is well-worn. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. We did not find the soap which was in the medicine cabinet unto Day 2. Closet door did not shut. Gloors are very sloped & rather dangerous in places. Lugging suitcases to the 4th floor is tricky! But, when we had to extend our stay, you made it easy & we appreciated that. Update the worn areas‼

Nice Boston spot
Enjoyed our one night stay. Very quiet and room perfectly adequate. Lovely neighborhood. Dogs enjoyed walking along the southwest corridor, which is just round the corner.

Copley House
The picture to my left wasn’t at all what we had for our accommodations. Info did say no elevator but not how stairs to climb, especially with luggage. Replacement window sure would keep down road traffic. Above all the price was way to expensive for our room. Live and learn. Next time a hotel.

Could have been better
Check- in was simple. I had two issues with the say. Otherwise , good stay. 1. The smoke alarm beeped all day and night. I informed the front desk. The maintenance worker showed up 8 hours later and didn't fix the issue. 2. No toilet paper ( just a few sheets) or back up roll.
