Nice easy place to stay.
It was pretty great. The location was pretty central with most forms of transit being nearby. Parking was also a decent price for the area at 30$ a day and you can go in and out as you wish with your car. One bad thing was the heating in the house. The window of our street facing unit was not well insulated and as such our unit was half cold half warm but not to a degree where it was uncomfortable. Overal decent value for the price.

Perfect place in Boston
One of the most amazing I’ve stayed at in Boston. Felt very homelike. Close to everything I needed and wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

If all you want is an excellent location...
Sooooooo many stairs-and no elevator. I have a cane and two bags. The young man who checked me in didn’t warn me nor try to find a ground floor room, but he did carry my bags. In the morning, housekeeping woke me twice wanting in to clean-hours before check out. When I did leave, there was no help with bags and housekeeping had cords and equipment all over the hall floor, making it an obstacle course-they watched me struggle and did not even offer to move the equipment for my safety. I can say the bed was quite comfy and the location excellent. If you don’t care about courtesy or physical safety, stay here.

Good location, not super clean and cold in winter
Comfortable bed in a good area of town. Fair price but cleanness and room temperature was disappointing

Character building in great location
Was in Boston for Labor Day weekend with my girlfriend and other friends. Stayed at Copley House (171 St. Boloph St.). Would definitely stay there again when I come back to the area. Our room slept three comfortably, although people with mobility issues need to be aware there is no elevator, so our third floor suite may be a challenge. Space was clean and well cared for. Great neighborhood, lots of character buildings, walking distance to many restaurants and pubs, two subway stations, and Fenway was only 20 minutes by foot. The bedroom didn't have a lot of extra space, just enough to get in and out of bed, which was fine. Small closet to store luggage and clothes. Didn't feel cramped by any means. Bathroom was small but well laid out. Full fridge was nice, unit has small stove top (that we didn't use). Our unit was on third floor, so legs did get a little tired after a few trips up and down through the day (who needs a gym!), but we wouldn't have traded our spot. Room and area were quiet and comfortable. Area felt safe Look forward to coming back!

Good for convention at Hynes
A very good location if you attend a conference at the Hynes convention center. MUCH better price than a hotel. Smaller room but with a kitchenette.

Great for short trips!
My friends and I had a great time. It was put first time in Boston. This hotel had good reviews, a nice price, and once we visited it had more than we expected kitchen wise and offered comfortable sleeping means with a queen/king bed and additional pull out.Walking distance to just about anything as long as you have a nice day and the time!
