Great location and an even greater deal!
All I needed was a place to stay for 5 nights somewhere near Tampa, FL for an event I was participating in. All the local motels and hotels were very expensive! The price for this property was very inexpensive! The bedroom was in a relatively new condo. It was spacious with a nice en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Also a laundry room next to the bedroom. There were two long term residents there who were very nice and we seldom crossed paths. The property owner was responsive and I look forward to staying there again on any future trips to Tampa.

I really blessed with getting ZenHomes. My wife n son n I stayed to the place for some days and we felt like its our home and what we need, we got exactly those.. If u want Hotel feelings but want to stay in Airbnb, this is the combination of it. Kitchen setup extremely well, Rooms are well decorated and organized. Location is pretty well and part of community which is really great.. everything is near by such as food location, Park areas. Owner is extremely Flexible n provide all support quickly. Service, bathroom, kitchen, location and parking slot are amazing.. I did not find any single cons during our stay.. All cudos to Owner. I really recommend my friends to choose this place to get comfort.. 🙏

I love almost everything lol from how safe and secure I felt to how comfortable and clean the place was it was such a beautiful area I found myself amazed with how beautiful the area looked rather I was looking out the window or just taking a walk around the neighborhood I give ZenHomes 11 out of 10 and will possibly be returning in September… talk about feeling at home👏👏👏

Deceived
Deceiving... I was not happy with my stay it was quite horrible. From the various cameras in the home to having the owner stay in the home with us which was not stated. Home was not clean it was visibly lived in. Parking was horrible owner blocked us in various times. The sheets felt like they were not washed and the bathroom was also not cleaned. There was no television available to watch either. The entire experience was awful.

I really loved my stay at Zen’s home.. She communicated with me expediently after booking my reservations; I wanted to extend my stay, but due to a lack of availability it wasn’t possible.. However, Zen went above and beyond to find me additional accommodation within her community.. she made necessary arrangements with an equally cordial family within her the same community.. I will say the homes are very nice and quiet within this community..
