A real gm of a hotel in the heart of Merida
This is a great 3-star hotel in the heart of Merida, just steps away from Plaza Grande and all the cultural events taking place there. With a very welcoming and competent staff, the hotel check-in was a breeze (and yes, they speak English), as well as the check-out. Our only recommendation to the cleaning staff would be to avoid knocking on doors between 2 and 4 pm, as guests are usually taking a break from their morning programs.

It’s a beautiful property, very clean and excellent location. How ever, the service wasn’t great at all. We booked this property for our anniversary this with a 1 bed and we got 2 beds, pillows didn’t have covers, only 1 towel, not even a towel for the floor, toilet paper was almost out and never replaced it.

El hotel esta super centrico ay de todo a su alrededor, la plaza prinicpal esta a dos cuadras. Enfrente ay una panaderia muy rica, el personal de recepcion son muy amables principalmente Gustavo :) La alberca es chica pero muy comoda para pasar una tarde linda, y los cuartos muy comodos y limpios. Volveria a este hotel sin duda alguna.. Gracias
