A bit too overrated
New hotel so everything kindda clean n new. But services and amenities are quite poor for the value of money paid. Had better deals/value for money in many other 5star hotels. Room is small. The golf club upgrade has no view at all. Checkin procedure was terrible with long wait n queue. Checkout was great. Housekeeping won't replenish d daily toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar until asked. We booked 3 rooms for 6A + 2C despite there's actually only 2A +6C. But housekeeping refused to provide enuff towels & toiletries for the 2 kids. Very tiny bath gel that will finish after 1 use. No convenient store at site n room service menu is very2 limited with ridiculous price. Lucky there's grabfood. Pool, gym, sauna was nice. Would love to try out the spa but packages are juz too pricey.

Overall, do not recommend. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and the check in line took HOURS!! The line was incredibly long and very slow moving. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. You’re not allowed to check in before 3pm so be prepared to wait in line for at least 1 hour. We were lucky that our room was ready, there were others that we spoke to and saw/heard that they weren’t getting a room until nearly 6pm. Horrible system. Not a good start to your stay. The pool seating area was very very very limited. For a hotel with hundreds of occupancy, they only had about 50 /- lounge/pool chairs. Hotel is supposed to be exclusive but they definitely lowered their dress code at the pool and it cheapens the experience. Kids were running around the pool area without life guards for hotel staff stopping them and the steps to enter and exit the jacuzzi area is slippery steps tile with no gripping so these are all accidents waiting to happen. If anyone slipped, someone will sue for sure as it is a huge safety hazard. There were no security points/guest check in points to use the amenities. On a busy day, anybody could walk in and use the amenities and you do not have to swipe your card or show proof of room.

As you are aware, all of your properties are fully booked. I would advise management to take this into consideration and consider adding more staff for the check-in process. I would advise having a wider choice of foods and fruits for F&B.
