The ambience, rooms, breakfast etc were comfortable and can be rated at 8.50 put of 10. The main disadvantage is that, in spite of an International crowd as guests, the staff cannot communicate in English properly. This sometimes results in a very difficult situation for the guests. I would recommend more training to be given to the staff in general, not only at the reception counter but others as well. The room in which I stayed, (No.1410) the bathroom was smelly, and the thermostat of the AC unit was not functioning properly .This need to he attended urgently.
