Worst Hotel Ever
This was maybe the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The "staff" were very strange, and the whole place was run down. The pool, courtyard, fitness center and restaurant are all closed for repair. They said the electronic keys did not work so you had to have someone at the desk let you into your room each time. But they had an electronic key so that didn't make sense. I was traveling for the Taylor Swift concert with two teenage girls and this place was really creepy and unsettling. No curtains on the windows, ice machine broken, light fixtures barely hanging on the walls. Do Not stay here.

Disappointed
Upon check in they told us that they didn’t know if they had a room for us. It was booked 2 months in advance. They checked our room before they checked us in to make sure it was empty and there were people in it. They found us another room. The hotel is run down and supposedly going to be remodeled but will need a lot of work. The whole place smelled old with cleaner not quite covering it up. The curtains had paper clips on them to pull them closed. The heater/ac wouldn’t adjust settings. In the middle of the night some people were trying to get into our room. When we opened the door they said we were in their room. They said they checked in at 3. We checked in at 9. They then said they had a bag in the room. I told them to go talk to the front desk. We were staying for 2 nights so when we left for the day the next morning we packed up most of our stuff and took it with us. We told the desk that we didn’t need any cleaning and about the people trying to get in. When we got back, the housekeeper was in the process of cleaning our room. After we got back in we noticed they did take the small things we left behind like a razor and a couple waters. When we came back later on in the evening, all of the key cards were down so someone had to let us in. Definitely not planning on ever going back there!

Our stay was ok the hotel is under construction and the rooms had not been renovated. We would like to suggest adding higher toilets in the rooms. That would be an add feature. The help were very considerate and very kind and helpful. Hope the renovations goes well and am looking forward to staying once they are done.
