Disappointed
I requested a late check out. I was told I could not check out late. I had remote work to do and the internet was down. I could not connect on my laptop and had to use my phone to do work remotely and it took longer than usual to do it this way. Because I could get a late check, I did not have enough time to shower and had to leave un-showered for my next appointment. Very embarrassing. Also, when I did check out, I realized that I was charged more for my room through hotels.com than the actual room rate. Not happy about that either.
