    Horrible experience
Our stay was bad from the moment we got there. The people at the front desk were rude and very unhelpful. Parking is not included with the room so we didn't want to purchase a $15 parking pass for five cars on top of paying for the room so we just parked at Bass Pro Shops right next to the hotel even though the guy at the front desk tried to tell us Bass Pro charges there too (But we are actually from the area so we knew they didn't). We got to our room and as soon as we used the restroom the toilet broke. We called the front desk and they said someone was coming to fix it and they never did so our toilet was broken the whole time. Luckily we had a suite with two bathrooms but it was very inconvenient for eight people to use one bathroom. Now I have received my bill and they charged me for a parking pass that I did not purchase. I have called the hotel, and about every corporate number I can find to get my money back for the pass and all I have gotten is transferred and left on hold for 30 minutes and still have yet to speak with anyone. I am very frustrated and the whole experience was horrible.

    poor customer service
Checkin was okay, had a hard time finding a parking spot since non hotel people took most of the spots when we had to pay $12 to park at the hotel. Then when we got to our room we could not enter the room. The door was locked with the security lock from the inside. We had to go back down to the first floor and have them call maintenance to try to unlock the room. They had no other rooms to move us to so we waiting in the hall for 20 minutes for the nice gentlemen to try to jimmy the door open. The pillows were terrible and the room did not cool off to our liking.
