While our room was beginning to show some signs of wear, it was very clean and comfortable. I loved being able to take the waters in the evening and again in the morning -- so relaxing! The staff were also very kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Old, outdated, over pricedand under construction.
Our room was over 500.00 for two nights and it was dark, tiny, very outdated and in the middle of a construction zone. Our wing was being renovated so lots of workers, construction noise, dust and drywall debris. Very disappointing treatment by front reception and was told twice that general manager was “in meetings”. Did manage a 20 per cent discount the second time I complained about the terrible room and conditions. Do not recommend this hotel - at the very least demand a renovated room. This hotel has a long way to go to charge what it is charging in Moose Jaw.
