Security was non-existent.
Room was missing soap, and adequate towels, etc. for the advertised sleeps 4. Hot tub needed cleaning, water was extremely cloudy. Signs stated pool area outside gate was locked at dusk. Still open for anyone to walk into area at 9 pm. The same with side door - people entering gate and side door and wandering through halls, then leaving. People slamming doors and arguing throughout the night. Seems geared for the younger party all night people, not a need a peaceful night's sleep place. Not what would be expected from this hotel chain. Front Desk said the people coming and going were okay, they seemed to be friends.

Front Desk staff was quick to move me, from quest rooms with pets, to another floor of hotel. Was much appreciated. The stroll from elevator to my original room, the barking was similar to walking through a kennel. I asked to be moved and they responded quickly.

One of the front staff lady’s was rude and always had an attitude there are ants everywhere by the pool and tables even in our room we found cockroaches in our room and the breakfast area and the bathrooms near the pool the place is alright but definitely could be better the cleaning people are amazing and so are the breakfast staff

Used to be Great
Hotel is dated. Used to be great. Room service every three days, dust bunnies underneath the beds, water went out one evening for hours, elevator broke down for several hours, tried to call front desk one afternoon with an issue and they would not answer. They picked up one time and then immediately hung up. Breakfast not memorable. But location if you are visiting the Naval Support Center is ideal.
