In most regards, our stay was comfortable, just what we wanted. However, we had to beg for maid service, the desk clerk on duty midday falsely claiming—two days in a row!—that we’d left the “Do Not Disturb” notice on the door.

Terrible place , this is a Dump
I specifically booked your hotel because it showed a chair with an ottoman in the room. I put in a special request to make sure that chair was in the room. I called to make sure it would be there before my cancel date I was told all the rooms have this chair. I explained when I booked the room and when I called that my husband need to sleep sitting up due to breathing problems. Not in a desk chair but a sofa chair or a recliner. Neither was there when we checked in late and I also said we would be late check in. I would have never booked this room otherwise. My husband had to sleep sitting up on the bed against the wall which was very difficult. He has sleep apnea and chronic sinusitis. The place has people hanging in the parking lot so we did not feel safe parking out vehicle. The sheets looked like they were never changed. The place is filthy. No milk on the breakfast. The front desk apologized and said he would put a note to manager. Spoke to manager about a refund and he said that has nothing to do with him but a third party who would be you. If it wasn’t so late after 10 pm and driving over 500 miles we would have left. I booked this hotel way in advance for my request to be fulfilled. I will never ever stay or refer any of your property again.

Never again
I checked in Monday. The bedside lamp didn't work. The phone didn't work. Tuesday housekeeping emptied the trash, left towels, but that was it. Wednesday housekeeping didn't even enter the room despite my repeated requests. I also killed a bug in the bathroom. The desk employee told me that this is the season. After many complaints, the bed was finally made on Thursday. Yhe floors were not vacuumed. i checked out Friday.

No breakfast
On arrival the receptionist was taking a booking on the phone so told me he would be at least 5 minutes, which was fine. I however asked about using the bathroom and was directed down a corridor which was in complete darkness and I couldn't find it and in fact felt it was quite unsafe. After checking in I asked about breakfast times and was told it started at 6.30...."if they turn up". The following morning I arrived down at reception and enquired where breakfast was to be told that "the trucks haven't turned up again, there is no breakfast"..There was no apology and they didn't appear to care that breakfast was included in the booking but they couldn't provide it and this seemed to be a regular occurrence.
