Stylish, clean, friendly and comfortable. Everything was like new in our room. Highly recommended. Not the greatest of views, but that's to be expected at this price point and location.

Very nice boutique hotel
This is a small but very comfortable hotel. They had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room but were able to resolve quickly. Good location off the main strip so worked out well when France won the semi final. Awesome party on the beach a 5 minute walk away. Really enjoyed our stay with small, quick food places within a few minutes walk

No complaints about cleanliness,very good. Hotel in good location.Walking distance to Promenade des Anglais and also just four minutes to Alsace Lorraine tram station. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Hotel was in a great quite location, not too far from the old town where there are many bars/shops/restaurants and the beach. Transport links including a tram direct to the airport was close by. Check in was fast, simple and managed by friendly staff who accommodated you as much as they could during the stay. Room was pretty standard, air con, TV, kettle (with coffee/tea restocked every day), hair dryer, toiletries. There is a small bar and breakfast facilities - but we didn’t eat or drink here. There is no pool or spa (incase this is what you’re looking for).

The pluses: staff helpful, good location near train station and beach. COVID sanitary measures - gel, notices, etc well respected. The minuses: the room was a little small for 3 people, the housekeeping was a disaster - things like coffee and cups only provided for two people, towels and tissues not replenished- we were up and down to reception to ask for things which should have been done automatically.

The staff are very friendly and we liked the central but calm location of the hotel which is on the leafy Boulevard Victor Hugo. We had a deluxe room which has a large terrace and sunloungers and it was nice to have this outside space to relax on. We will be returning to Nice and to this hotel at the end of August.
