Clean and Professional Staff
Wonderful stay. The property has a great view with a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and professional. It was late and I needed some bottled water and they gave it to me from the front desk! The Catskills and route 28 are close by to get to the mountains.

Decent, but overpriced
Front desk check in was great. The card I reserved with got charged for the stay, PLUS, the card we gave for incidentals and deposit got charged the whole amount. ($500 on each card for 2 nights). I called the hotel and they say it’s Expedia.com not them. I booked with hotels.com, then she said it’s my bank holding the money. Hope I get refunded on 1 of the cards.

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is friendly and courteous and the breakfast was great. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey. We would’ve stayed longer if the rate was less.
