Blue Tree Resort by Capital Vacations, Orlando

I pre-booked/pre-paid a stay but unfortunately the hotel was overbooked and was moved to another hotel the 1st night. Hotel moved me back subsequently. The 1 BR Executive Suite was advertised as sleeping up to 4, but in reality, 2 is the comfort limit. When 4 are sleeping in the room, the dining table is unusable and there is barely any walking space. The bathroom tub/shower was in poor condition, with chipped paint and a broken stopper. The shower head looked bolted on and the shower knob was finicky Sofa bed was very noisy squeeked when moved. Bedroom area is not good for light sleepers because you can hear the conversation from the adjacent balconies very clearly. Resort was close to Disney - right outside the main gates and a 5 to 10 minute drive depending on which park you're visiting. Area has a lot of food options - fast food, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Parking was a bit tight at night when all the guests come back. Resort has several pools and activities, which I did not partake in. Front desk staff was OK, no major issues there. Overall, mediocre stay - I will probably look for another place my next trip.

At first I hotel is fine me and my girlfriend went out and got food and we brought it back to the hotel to relax before we go to Halloween Horror Nights we took a quick shower or food was out when we look at our food there was like 15 cockroaches crawling on her food we spend like $70 on our food had to throw it away made a complaint to the front desk but there is no manager around to complain to every morning we had to do not disturb sign on our door every morning we got Disturbed buy room service trying to clean her room I did not I want my money back for the hotel I want it the Mind money back for the food that I lost in the money I spent on it don't leave your food laying around also the pool had more clean chlorine in it than water

The unit wasn't too clean, I killed two ants (hopefully they were ants) on the master bedrooms pillow, one of the toilets had some urine towards the bottom of the outside of the bowl with hair. The outlet in the kitchen closest to the sink was loose and came out of the outlet box when plugging in or out. The outlets in the kitchen were dirty with food spots. Carpet didn't seem vacuumed

It was a great stay for me and my girlfriend the room was clean it was nice to have a kitchen and a patio since we both smoke cigarettes the reception was very nice and helpful even called the room to make sure we made it to the room Rafael was working at the time he was very helpful and friendly and there is so much close by to do and get what you need

The grounds are well kept, room clean and neat. Just update the mattress. Anytime I called they were quick to respond and always courteous. Will be staying again for sure.
