The booking process was frustrating to say the least. I booked through Expedia and selected the option to pay in the Hotel. I was contacted several times by the Hotel about issues with my credit card and they want to charge in advance. I provided the information several times, in the 3 attend I provided a new credit card info and the agent mentioned it was processed and the booking was complete. During check in I was informed that my reservation was cancelled because there was issues with credit card. I explained that I called the day before and spoke to a customer service proving a new card and he told me everything was OK. I provided the info every time they asked, and a day later realized they double charged me. Very bad customer service, it seems they don't talk to each other. I only stayed 1 night and is the only Hotel out of 6 I stayed in Ireland with this issue, all other Hotel were great.

Beautiful rooms and great location within uptown Limerick. Great breakfast & restaurant in hotel. Free parking is a bonus too. Only minor negative, we were not told you needed your key left in wall switch to operate anything in room. It was quickly sorted out though.
