We had a beautiful view from our room. The rooms were all showing some wear. Carpet in the bar area was all stretched out and a tripping hazard. Carpet in our room was worn with some stains. We ate breakfast at their breakfast buffet. Lots of selection. If you like, you can rent a a kayak or bike at the adjacent business. A small convenience store is located close by in walking distance.

3rd time of staying and won’t be the last - love this little hotel. Would be nice if it had a little gym area, cross trainer, rowing machine etc, but all in all, it’s a lovely hotel, with nice rooms, nice staff and a lovely pool and sauna

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our waterview room was simple but lovely and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was lovely. Walking distance to a grocery market close by. Trails are nearby as well.

Room a reasonable size although the bed a little snug for a double. On the whole the hotel was good although felt a little sparse in places due to its size. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choice and well prepared. with an amazing view of the surrounding hills.

I’ve stayed here many times and each time I’m greeted with wonderful, thoughtful staff. The hotel has only a few things (like the hallway) that are a tad dated, but the rooms are gorgeous. The pool and sauna are lovely, and the restaurant is incredible. This is a must stay!!

A wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Scotlands most beautiful area, Glencoe. Rooms are perfect and an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. Great location next to shopping and a great community center. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parking within grounds. Hotel accepts pets which is great in the Highlands. Entrance doors to hotel could be updated otherwise everything was excellent. Good attention from staff in restaurant - from Manchester, Cork & Budapest. All very friendly and helpful.

We booked in for one night as a stopover on the way to Skye. We arrived late at night with our two dogs, all of the staff were lovely and made a fuss of them. The doggie welcome pack in the room was a lovely touch. Our room was perfect, patio doors out to the loch and a glorious view to wake up to. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t get the opportunity to appreciate all of the facilities on this trip but we will definitely visit again for a longer stay.

6/10 Good

The receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. However we made reservations for dinner 8.30 pm and the service was lousy. First thing the waitor said was that the kitchen closes in 15 minutes. We had no napkins and the starters where cold even though supposed to be warm. Swimming pool was very nice. Small but cosy room.

6/10 Good

Room was spacious and clean. Dinner at the hotel was okay - wished more vegetarian options were offered. Buffet breakfast was disappointing as the buffet was a mess from previous customers - had to ask for more bowls/plates and there were no more bread, pastries, cheeses, etc and the buffet itself was dirty. And this was at the 9 am time slot and there was still 30 min for customers to come and have breakfast. Mountain view was gorgeous. Only nearby shop was a coop grocer. Hallway carpets in reception area needed vacuuming,
