Needs some repair and updating..Host at desk very friendly. 1 of 2 elevators in tower non-fuctioning...continual line to utilize, the 1 remaining. Elevator walls and floor in disrepair, wall paneling torn/paneling, flooring torn, old. Outside area lobby needs some painting, cauking, carpet needs repair, torn, stained. Walkway to room paint peeling, rust in spots, windows dirty. Room needs updating, floor tile not level, bathroom doir had tobe lifted to close. Tub area needs repair, or replacement. Caulking throughout room needed, paint peeling, carpet torn, pulling in areas..couch springs weak, no support, furnitue had scuffs, various nicks. The colors tile, tera cota and browns not inviting. Beds slept ok...parking was good. The paper provided on checkin had misspelling....

The location was nice, beautiful view. The property , although clean needs major updating. Too many extra fees for using credit card, parking etc.Staff for the most part was helpful. Although on arrival , although being told the room was ready and paid for , they would not give us keys until after 4 pm.
