Terrible hotel quality
Terrible ! It is running down — the basin stopper came off and the bath tib water drain very slowly ! Not worth to stay here at all due to hotel is running down after years , the bathroom door bottom chipped and small ripped. Bathtub not clean and jot smooth , dirt ! Totally not suggest this hotel at all , will not come back

Very warm welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable. Great location. Wonderful view of the harbour. lovely swimming pool and gym. Cafe good VFM. Only improvement would be to put booking in on the ground floor rather than above, and possibly do digital booking in to avoid lengthy queue. Would definatly stay here again.

Conveniently located in Tsuen Wan
This is our 3rd time ration gat Nina because of the location. It’s very convenient with shops and stores just righty below and the city walk shopping just next door. The most convenient is the pedestrian bridge that leads to many restaurants in Tsuen Wan and the MTR. The only thing I had to give it a 3 star is because the maintenance of the rooms are not kept up. Our bathtub’s plug got stuck and wouldn’t release causing the tub of water stuck, we went to use the safe, it wouldn’t unlock needed assistance, then the toilet was plugged. The common areas of the hotel was kept very clean and they had a breakfast buffet which is $150 per person, but if you buy the tickets at check in counter, it’s 2 for 1, and we’ll worth it. I would recommend this hotel still, but hope they clean up some of the little aging issues.
