Unhappy at what found

Could not check in, still having problems at 1730 on check in, we were not the only ones. Dirty carpets and glass windows in dining area. Tables had pieces of wood missing-infection control issue. Massive stain to carpet on floor 2 from a leak. Dirty pots and plastic left down corridors. Really was not 4 star. Offered a 20% discount or full.payment back. Took the payment qhixh meant.missing a gig we were going to for my birtheday. To cap it.off an 8hr wasted journey and parking to pay for. Not impressed. You need to.ip your gamenin.this hotel.
