ugly hotel, front desk are below standard
everything about this hotel is just one word, ugly. Allah has mercy on these people, they shall be jailed for commit crimes. the front desk lied by saying the rooms are full and not honor the reservation, but instead, try to scam every penny of you. they have already been sued in court , including in UK, UAE and they are soon to be closed due to their ongoing crime commits.
