My reservation was changed by the front desk by one day. When I arrived they said they had no record of it even though I called twice to confirm before arriving.The property and location were great, but I'm still working with corporate for the refund for the first day.

Sketchy area, not safe, not very clean. Nice Staff
The area is sketchy...each time i walked out the door I heard people yelling profanities and threatening each other in road rage. One definitely is not safe walking their dog at 5 am (and I have a mean looking pit bull.) The place smelled bad. Breakfast is not free and is not worth $12.00. Parking is not free and is not worth $30, although due to safety you should park nearby. They tried to charge me for parking even though I didn't use it, so beware. Pet fee is $75! Rediculously high. The lobby looks nice and the staff seems friendly, but I would never stay there again. There must be a safer, more quiet, and more value-conscious place to stay in Savannah. If not, skip Savannah altogether.
