The help was superb! My family of 9 had a family diner there with gift giving. Those who waited on us were excellent and the food was quite good! The morning buffet is only about 3 out of 5.

The hotel is close to the train station but takes a bit time to walk. Water kettle not very clean, we had a room upgrade as Expedia Silver member but the room was not as nice. Hotel front desk staff was helpful but with limited English.

An excellent and classy hotel. The only downside is the walk from the centre - not far, but along a fast road that's suffering major roadworks at the moment.

Overall good hotel
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. About 10 mins walk away from start of main city centre. Breakfast was overpriced so we went elsewhere. Hotel was being repainted while we were there and got slightly woken up by workmen outside our room one morning but overall the works weren't too disruptive.

Classy, comfortable Hotel
Lovely hotel, spacious, comfortable rooms and easy walking distance to railway station and Christmas market/town centre. This is our 6th stay here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. However, if you like good English breakfast type of tea then take your own teabags as Germany don’t seem to do god tea. It’s more coffee. Also ask for a kettle as room only had very good, upmarket coffee machine.
