Our check in process with Keshia was less than enjoyable. There was a sense that us being there and her having to assist the desk was inconvenient, this I didn't expect for a front desk service person at a hotel. The way she spoke to us had the entire group caught off guard. As the first and potentially only staff interaction for your hotel, I would hope for better representation. We did interact with Amy over the phone when calling for a n air purifier because one room was musky and my daughter has severe asthma...she was great and every employee we encountered in the hall was very pleasant!
