Wonderful Ophelia!
Amazing trip and the service was beyond expectations. This is a great area with good local eats, two of which are affiliated with Boutique Ophelia. We had a great meal at Ophelia one night and ate away from the Hotel other nights. Reception directed us toward other great restaurants and made reservations for us. We will certainly stay next time we are in town.

We stayed at this hotel for a four day vacation. It is conveniently located close to Old Quebec. Parking is available close by if needed. The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The room was a little small but lovely and was serviced each day. Don’t miss enjoying dinner at the restaurant. It was one of the best we had during our vacation and again, the service was wonderful. We also enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant one morning. It too was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Ophelia review If we could give this hotel more than 5 stars for this review, we absolutely would! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated so warmly by the owners and hotel staff. Fabio, Norman, and Ilia were incredibly generous and gracious hosts and made our stay a memorable one! Ophelia is a brand new hotel inside a historic building situated conveniently right on Grand Allée Est, just steps from the fortification entrance to the Old City, but just outside the total tourist hustle and bustle. There are two beautiful restaurants attached to the hotel: the Ophelia and L’Atelier. We would recommend trying the moules et frites at Ophelia and the bison tartare at L’Atelier! Both so delicious! Our room was beyond spectacular. We were offered a complimentary daily turn down service, in addition to complimentary luxury robes and slippers. The spa bathroom was a dream, and the king sized bed with premium bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud, making the overall room experience a superior one. Fabio, Norman, and Ilia went above and beyond for us and we honestly can’t say enough good things about them and their lovely establishment. So if you’re hoping to find a truly unique and beautiful place to stay that is close to all of the sites and attractions, with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel, then Ophelia is where you’ll want to stay! We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is newly renovated with attention to every small detail and very high standard finishing fixtures (including a Kholer $10K smart toilet), some of which you will not even find in the most reputable/expensive hotel brands. While there is no elevator (being a 2-level boutique hotel), the hotel staff are very helpful and insist on carrying your luggage for you. in fact Fabio, the owner, is such a humble, down-to-earth, and friendly person who also helped with our luggage to our car. we booked the room that has a beautiful day bed (for our daughter) in addition to the comfortable kingsize bed. prior to the pandemic, I travel at least once a month and always stay in very good hotels. this time our hotel booking was made by my 14-year-old daughter who has expensive/good taste. it turned out to be one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in.
