Comfy apartment with a poor check-in process
The check-in process was kind of complicated and not well-communicated in advance. Since the code I needed to access my keys didn't come through, I had to contact support via text (you can't call). It's apparently through some kind of call center because they needed me to tell them which property I was contacting them about. It's kind of puzzling why they make you go through this whole contactless process only to find that there is a staffed front desk (where you *must* stop by to leave a credit card, btw) who could have handled the entire check-in more smoothly.
I had to walk through a parking garage to get from the lobby to the elevator to my room, which wasn't great in the cold weather. The room/apartment was stocked with all the necessary basics, and the laundry machines in the apartment were helpful for my trip. Just make sure to hit the convenience store before you arrive if you'll want anything to drink or snack on, as nothing is provided in the room for purchase.
The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. At the end of they day though, this is a furnished apartment for rent and not a hotel, so I really wouldn't recommend it personally unless you're staying for at least a week. Anything less than that and you will be more comfortable in a traditional hotel.
