Lofts du Vieux-Port, Montreal
Ideal location, apartment living
Beautiful, spacious and clean loft right in the middle of Old Montreal. Lots of great restaurants and things do to within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and the it was worth it to do the valet parking. I would come here again for sure.

Lofts du Vieux-Port
We were disappointed that the room didn't have daily housekeeping service. It was probably in the small print but wasn't even mentioned when we checked in

Amazing Stay in Old Montreal
We stayed in the lofts and it was phenomenal. The service was the best I have ever received at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with all bags, and any other requests we had. The loft was clean, modern and a great size. We used the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. The location was perfect, as we loved walking around Old Montreal, and all the amazing bars and restaurants in the area were very convenient. When we return to Montreal we will undoubtedly return. One thing to note is that the pictures of the various rooms provided on are not always accurate in terms of amenities...for example we learned that not all the lofts have a bathtub, they are only available by request.

Comfy and cool lofts, rude valet employee
The loft was very nice (spacious, cool toiletries products, well-located in Old-Montreal, etc.), but the service could be improved. I had originally made a booking for two nights, but decided to stay in Montreal for 2 more nights so made a booking for two additional nights online. On the morning I was originally supposed to check-out, I went to the reception to tell them I had made the booking for the two additional nights online and confirm whether I would be able to stay in the same loft/unit. The receptionist confirmed this was fine. However, she apparently forgot to update the dates that were registered on the cards to enter the building and the loft, because when I tried entering the building at lunch time on that day, none of my two magnetic cards were working. I went back to the reception of the hotel. The receptionist was on the phone but a man (who looked like a valet) was available. I started to explain the situation. Before I could finish my story, the man cut me and said "Ah, well you probably left the cards near your cellphone and they got demagnetized". I politely started to explain that I leave the two cards in a separate pocket in my bag and that it was more likely due to the fact that the receptionist had not updated the cards in the system when she updated my booking that morning. To no avail. The valet (whose name his Anthony) kept cutting me every time I tried to start talking. Surprising and a bit awkward when you pay 200$/night for a loft.
