Gravity certainly took us out of orbit and down to
We were disappointed by the add on resort fee beyond the total price quoted on . . . Sadly misleading. Plus the layout of the “pod” room was totally impractical

Great Location
Hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are spacious. The only bad thing and I usually don’t complain is the pillows were awful.

Great stay
Amazing stay, service was super, totally worth the price. The only thing I would say, is that they should give you the mugs in the room for free for the amount I was paying for the room 😆

The staff is fantastic. They just reopened after COVID closure and deftly handled new procedures to ensure guest and employee safety. Room was immaculate.👍👍

Great location, but has some quirks.
I really wanted to love this hotel. First of all, the location could NOT be better. Close to everything. Walking distance to any restaurant you want, etc. The hotel is brand new and knowing it is in CO, I think it is too quirky for it's own good. Couldn't check in early, but no problem. Was told bags would be in the room (they weren't). We called for extra pillows the first night and never received. Asked again the next day and got them. Pillows are very cheap feeling and uncomfortable. Bed was great. LOVED the dark out blinds. First morning the alarm went off (I didn't set one). Thought I had it figured out, but went again the next morning. BOTH at 6:00. The clock is modern and quirky to figure out. First morning was awakened at 5:30 a.m. with loud noise in the wall. This went on off and on for two hours. Finally figured out it was the water pipes for showers in the next room. Happened both mornings. Needed to break change for tips and was told they were a "cashless" hotel. Good luck wait staff. Wanted to charge pastries from the lobby bar, but was told not connected to hotel. Bathroom barn door leaves big gaps for viewing and odors. Finally, we did not know about the daily resort fee or that they were part of Vail Corporation. Parking and resort fees totaled over $100 for 2 nights. Some staff was super friendly, others not. Hit and miss. Had to ask for TP the first day.

Not worth it
The location is perfect if you are looking for something within walking distance to shops, places to eat, or ski lifts as it’s located right off Main Street. We didn’t see a parking lot so we used their valet service and it was $35 a night on top of the resort fee they charge. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived with our group at 130 and they allowed us to valet and store our luggage downstairs. No big deal we were early, they said they would call us when our room was ready. After 4pm we went to check in and it still was not ready. We went around the corner and finally got the call closer to 430. We checked in and they said our luggage would be in our room. We got to our room and no luggage. We called down stairs and they said they would locate it and bring it up right away. 10-15 minutes later we got our luggage. So it was after 515 that we were able to change and go out. They did give us a $50 voucher to make up for this inconvenience. The breakfast that you pay separately for was overpriced for what you get. They do not sell bottles of water bc they are eco friendly, so bring your own or at least bring something you can fill up at the water station. Service is hit or miss some of the staff were rude it seemed they didn’t want to be there. We requested more toilet paper the last night and it was never brought to us. They charge extra for everything it seemed. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. Will not stay here again.

Just tell us 4:00.
Nice facility. Recently opened and everything in great condition. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. We arrived about 2:00 with check in advertised as no later than 4:00. We were told no one was ahead of us and we should have a room very soon. Over the next 2 hrs, we watched several people come in and get room keys, but we got ours at 4:02 pm. If they would’ve told us 4:00, we would’ve had no problem. We could’ve stashed our bags and found something to do in town. Oh well, we still had a nice trip and the shuttle drivers were great.

Gravity Haus was great!
We enjoyed the room at Gravity Haus. Well appointed & sensible. Hot tubs were great after a day of skiing.

Ok hotel with odd parking procedures.
Bell hops were helpful and friendly. Room had an extremely odd layout for a solo person. Hostel style but with just me. There were 4 bedrooms each with a twin bed in them and a bathroom at the end of a hallway. No frills, no tv, just not very relaxing for a short getaway. They charge $35 for parking and make you get out of the lot by 1 PM meaning that if you’re riding or skiing as I imagine most guests are you have to move your car to a public lot and pay for it again before you go out on the mountain. They don’t even offer an option to pay more and leave it there until 4. No one in Breck does this including the hotel that used to be there.
