Lovely Stay!
Loved the location and that the hotel was dog friendly! My pup loved the doggie bed. Great to see an upscale hotel in the area. Would stay again.

Hotel charges for wifi. Staff at front desk was rude, and hotel does not have a bar, it has a attached restrant which closes early. Parking is horibale.

Beautiful, fun and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and highly competent. The bathrooms are luxurious, love the freestanding tub. Just watchout for the pool railings that jut out under the water!

Losing its class
My wife and I have loved this hotel since it was "La Rivage" we actually became SPG members because The Westin took over. We've frequented this hotel several times just for weekend getaways . This last stay felt as if they lacked a few things. I feel like they went down in customer satisfaction. The power went out and nobody even came to tell us what was going on. The internet prior to the outage was very slow and frustrating. Come time to check out the girl at the front desk was rude and condescending. I could go more into detail but I feel let down. I will be trying out another hotel for our next stay. We are so customer service oriented and are bummed out that they lost it.
