False advertising
Excellent location and the included breakfast had a great selection. I'm marking them down though because they claim to have laundry facilities, however when I asked reception where these were he said they don't have a laundry on-site but there's a laundromat down the road. You can't list amenities you don't have! By their logic I have a McDonald's at my house. False advertising and they need to correct this.

Lovely little hotel in Bytown part of Ottowa with its quirky markets and closeness to main sights such as Parliament buildings. Easy to get to on the Line 1 light rail system. Good sized rooms, excellent breakfast and informative hosts.

Find welcoming front staff, with cream.
Very clean. Nice breakfast selections. Room was well designed to save space. Loved the private balcony! Cleaning staff friendly, but main desk gentlemen were shy. Only complaint is they ran out of cream & milk each day for all day tea & coffee. Definately would come again. Never did figure out the tv, but we weren't there to watch tv. Good location.

Happy Stay
We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It locates in the downtown area and is close to everything we were interested in. The free breakfast was decent. The hotel has parking space available but we parked our car in the next door parking facility. The parking fee was $15 a day and very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this hotel.
