    Keep looking for a different hotel than this one

    When we arrived the room was not ready at 14:00 so we left our bag in Lobby and picked it up when we could check in. Hotel breakfast room was crowded and food scarce, elevator was always full with people when you tried to use it wait 10-15 minutes each time. Second day when we came back to room at 22:00 room had not been made up. Front desk said not too much they could do because we had book thru Hotels.com, said they would credit our IHG account with points. Next time we visit our son we will go to Even hotel nearby.

    Worth it

    The complementary breakfast was really nice. It is rare to have a breakfast included in New York that is also good. Bed was comfy. The room was compact but clean overall. The only elevator is slow but it wasn’t really an issue. Staff is friendly. Will return again.

    Bad customer service!!!

    When we checked in the gentleman that received us was very courteous.We went out for the evening when we came back (1 am)elevator was out of service The lady at the front desk “Rudely” told me “You will have to take the stairs “And she walked away from me I tried to explained to her that I have knee issue that it would be hard ,she just walked away without even a sorry mam for the inconvenience..,Nothing!!!I call that really bad customer service .By the way when we left in the am the next morning elevator was till out of service!
