Not bad, considering remodeling
We booked the hotel several months in advance in preparation for a tournament. Didn't know it was being remodeled. The room was comfortable, and the staff was great! Our only complaints, were the construction materials, and the fact that we couldn't get breakfast anywhere nearby. Due to Covid, we couldn't get into the Cracker Barrel, and nothing was available at the hotel because of the remodeling. Not sure if the neighboring hotel shares the same ownership, but it would have been great to work out a deal with them if so.

Construction Dust Everywhere
There was construction EVERYWHERE inside the hotel including the room immediately next to the room I stayed in. Because of this there was a fine haze of construction dust everywhere. It would have been nice to know this before it was too late to get a different hotel. I spent the next morning coughing and had a scratchy throat all day from it. If you have asthma, do not stay here until the construction is complete.

Worse than you could imagine
I called and expressed my complaints to corporate and was dismissed. Hotel was under massive construction (not advertised). Pool closed, breakfast was a muffin, and bottle of water. TV didnt work. Elevator was shut off for floor repair despite having a handicap person in our group who was given a room on the top floor. Saws and other tools laying unattended in hallways. Side door blocked by bags of concrete. Lady checking us in at front desk was obviously intoxicated. Rang bell for 20 minutes before being greeted. She was passing out while checking in the first member of our group. Later informed in front of our 12 year old children that she died later that night from an overdose. I could not even have imagined a worse hotel stay, and this place was the most expensive in the area. After all this, we requested a late check out of 30 minutes to fit our game schedule and was told we would have to pay for another night.

I never looked on the website to booked this room. The room was booked Over the phone with an Expedia agent. I didn’t know we would be placed right next door to beating and pounding and carrying on awakening outta myself and my sons sleep. I got up cause I had no choice but I hated it here

Water is consistently hot ... Loved the mini keurig.. And the beds were sooo comfortable!! Only thing was i happen to work remotely and needed a direct line to forward my calls to and i could not do that ....
