Attention to details
The room was big and very convenient location to the stadium. Our only issue is we never received housekeeping for 2 of 4 nights there and our garbage was over flowing, our towels were wet and we never recieved replacement coffee or coffee cups.

Not worth the money
First room had no cold water. Only scalding hot even with the hot turned off under the sink. Went to call the desk and the phone in the room didn't work. Had to switch rooms. Nothing was very clean. Maids opened our door at 9:15 am and tried to come in, then asked when we are leaving. For $300 a night, this was a huge rip off.

Lipstick on a pig
The stay itself was not great. Room was not super clean, and smelled like musty wet dog. Noise from the waterpipes made it so I couldn't sleep well. Finally were moved to a different room, which was better, but clearly whoever was in charge of the renovation of the hotel didn't bother paying attention to detail. Things were broken, carpets were dirty, paint was yucky. Broken fixtures such as extractor fans. Elevators were SLOW and didn't feel super safe inside them either, they were "rickety". Hot tub was out of order as well. Phones in rooms didn't work either. Some of the night staff were not very friendly and when politely asking for help, would glare at you and scoff.

The front office guy was not friendly at all, gave us a smoking room and when i went back to him there was no apology, he seemed more interested in looking at his phone than helping me change rooms! terrible first impression, would not book that hotel again!
