When i arrived i was goint to the lobby abd it was locked i ringed the bell and the front desk person came out through an outdoor door on the side of the main building. It was cold outside and the transaction was done outdoors. There was no cellphone service in the room, their wifi was not reaching out to our room either. They need more hotspots around the building

We were looking for a quick and cheap last minute trip to the hot springs and adventure park. We wanted to spend our money on the activities and needed somewhere cheap to stay to offset it for our family of 5. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms were even though they were pretty sparsely furnished. The check in process was quick and easy.

If you're not wanting to spend Glenwood prices but still get a good hotel - this is your place. It is very affordable and surprisingly pretty up to date. It is not close to downtown, so you couldn't walk from the hotel to get there, but it's a short drive away.

No telephone in the room, curtin covered A/C unit, two light bulbs over sink burnt out, floor lamp light burnt out. no one in office until 9:oo AM.
