Our family booked this hotel for a one night stay in Savannah on our way through from a Florida vacation. On the Hotels.com website, we were given the option of a room with 2 King Beds and so with a family of four, we booked this room. We looked at several other hotels in the area for similar price and found that this is the only one that offered King beds. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked in and found that the room had two double beds. Thinking a mistake had been made, I asked for a room change and was informed that rooms with 2 Kings did not exist, not that they were not available, but that they did not exist. I confirmed this by speaking with the General Manager who, unfortunately, was quite condescending about the whole scenario and offered no alternatives nor did he seek to enquire as to how I had come to believe this erroneous information. A very regrettable start to our short visit. Thankfully the hotel was in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed walking through Savannah's Historic District and visiting several beautiful parks. Highly recommend a visit to the city and would even recommend the hotel due to its location and the generosity and kindness of all staff encountered save for the GM. All this said, Hotels.com needs to alter the description of this hotel to indicate that rooms with 2 Kings are not available.

Covid-19 review: Everything was well sanitized in our room. The room had plenty of pots and pans to cook. The hotel itself is walking distance from all the tourist attractions

Excellent Hotel
The hotel is awesome. Check in was simple and the staff was very polite. When we arrived, although the room was cleaned, it looked as if the bathroom had statred to be cleaned, but never finished. I called the fronk desk to ask for service in the room and they moved us to a different room. It was perfect and fast! The breakfast was just grab and go, im assumming because of COVID. I definately woould stay there again!

Don't Stay Here!
Rip Off! I booked through Hotels.com at $119.00. Hotel tacked on $10 for parking! $30$ for miscellaneous "hotel fees" and pet fee of $75! Room stunk of mildew or pet odor. One bar of soap. No glasses.

Humid
The room felt humid even when the air conditioning was on. They should offer fans as a back up. The reduced $10.00 rate at he nearby parking garage was reasonable. You also have to ask for clean towels daily and toilet paper as they don't service the room daily or even every other day. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were the pits!

The BEST OF BEST. I rate it with score of 10
The staff members was great with their hospitality. The services was on point. Room cleaning was great. Riverfront, eating, shopping, all were at you comfort. We shall return.

Breakfast, don’t bother
The hotel was under construction and the breakfast they offered was pathetic. Basically cold cereal, milk and juice. That’s it, no toast, no bagels, no nothing outside of cereal. Had to pay $3.00 for a water! I people were friendly, but don’t expect a pool or hot tub....

The entire staff was outstanding! Your new manager was very hands on with her guests and staff. She went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. The renovation to the lobby was the only negative point of the stay. It was not easy to navigate around the construction to the temporary check-in desk and elevators. It could not be helped. I look forward to seeing the completion. I hope to return again.

The hotel location was good . They have construction / renovation work going on currently. So basically no lobby and breakfast was very limited . Night concierge service was not good

Weekend trip
After several problems they did rectify the problem, but renovations were going on that we did not know of, once construction is done should be back to normal. We stayed there 3 years ago and was great!!
